Mountain Experience

Skiing at Marquette Mountain is a very enjoyable experience for every and anyone.

Families will love the ability to ski at an affordable rate while having all the things needed at a ski resort (food, drinks, etc).

The mountain is generally moderate with terrain but there are a few pretty steep glades that will excite the advanced crowd.

Alongside nice grooming on the face of the mountain, tree skiers and cliff jumpers have chances for cliff drops when enough snow makes it’s way onto the property.

Most runs are short and sweet but the views from any of the chairlifts make up for anytime not speeding down the slopes.

The mountain is small yes but has a lot of character to it. One of the best parts about the Mountain is the incredible views.

Slowly making your way up any on the lifts, turn your head back and get some of the best views available to you in all of Marquette.

When it’s clear, Lake Superior and the city are on full display.

INSIDER TIP: When unloading from the Summit, head straight towards the backside of the mountain for some sprawling Marquette County views
