Be Connected To WIFI
This may seem like common sense but make sure to be in a WIFI zone!
It’s easy to be excited to want to go fly your new bird or just forget to install on your device, so ensure you are in a WIFI zone before getting this process started.
Downloading Drone Deploy To RC Pro Process
Installing the software is a very easy and straightforward process. Just follow these steps and you will be set!
- Visit Drone Deploy Install Page on your DJI RC-PRO Enterprise controller
- Install Amazon App on RC Controller
- Login into Amazon account
- Search Drone Deploy and download

Hint: VERY EASY
Follow the prompts about enabling apps & games and accessing “unknown sources in your phone’s security settings.
You will then be led to a page like this below and continue on with the process.
From here, find the Drone Deploy App on your controller and you are ready to get going!
Create Drone Deploy Account.. If You Haven't Already
One of the easiest parts of this process and can be done before or after you download the app but might be more convenient once installed on your controller.
Follow the prompts on the screen to create your free 2-week trial or purchase if you know you already want to buy this mapping software.
Other Things To Take Note Off
If you are using an RTK module, please know that it’s of no use without a base station. That means you need a physical base station or an NTRIP provider.
PPK is still of use though.
As a beginner, I can’t speak to the extent of professionals, but this is just a 10,000-foot note to be aware of.
