Photo delivery will be dependent upon each real estate project!
Most clients tend to receive 25-30 photos per property.
24-48 hours for any Albuquerque project.
Hiring a real estate photographer to showcase your home is an invaluable asset. You will sell your listing quicker and for more money.
It is preferred that we interacting during the shoot to allow myself focus on the shoot. You can certainly be onsite but I will be focused on the property, not the conversation.
I constantly monitor the weather forecast and reschedule exterior photo shoots if necessary.
In cases where rescheduling is not possible, I have techniques to mitigate the effects of adverse weather conditions and still capture high-quality exterior photos.
