How to Shoot Video with the Nikon D750
So you just got a Nikon D750 and you want to start using the video function of this amazing camera?
Well let’s get started!
- Turn on Live View (LV) Button
- Flip switch on Camera to Video on right corner of back
- Put camera into Manual Mode (M) on top left dial (this will allow you to change shutter speed/aperture)
- Focus with back button focus (AE-L/AF-L button) or shutter button on top right
- Record – red record button on top right
Useful Nikon D750 Video Menu Settings
Frame Size/Frame Rate – Choose your desired video output. No 4K
Movie Quality – Set to High for best video quality
Microphone Sensitivity – Adjust for your shooting environment. Don’t want to be clipping with the audio bars going into red
Destination – What SD card your video will be saved to
Highlight Display – Showing over/underexposed part of video
